3Squared win Costain application development tender
3Squared has fought off all competition to be awarded the tender for an exciting new project from Costain PLC. 3Squared are to create an online application which is to be used by Costain to share and promote project knowledge exchange internally.
" We are extremely pleased to be awarded this project" said James Fox, customer services director at 3Squared. "We are all looking forward to getting stuck into the project and aim to build an easy to use tool which will sit at the heart of Costains organisation".

Customer Survey Results 2007
Earlier this year 3Squared carried out a major customer survey. We do this every year and the responses we receive help improve the services we offer to our customers.
The survey was sent out with the February 2007 newsletter to over 100 past and present customers.
Detailed results will be sent out to customers in our next quarterly newsletter, in the meantime, here's a snap shot of how we faired.
The top 3 most important elements to you were:
- Being kept informed of progress
- Speed of response to initial enquires
- Completion of the service on time & to contract
On the overall service provided by 3Squared the average response was ‘Good’ for:
- Quality of service
- Value for money
- Range of services offered
Following on from this 90% of customers survey agreed, the final solution met the initial requirements.

Direct Advice tender won by 3Squared
3Squared has won a major new project to develop a citizen’s advice portal for UK consumers. The new site will be packed with 100's of articles of varied content.

New website launched!
New Year, New Site!, On Monday, January 1st 2007, after months of hard work, 3Squared launched it's new and improved website. The new design gives the site a cleaner and more modern look as well as reflecting our branding. The site also sports a revised 'services' and 'products' section which outlines our core offerings for 2007.
The new site marks the start of change for 3Squared as over the coming months we will be following up with a number of other services, aimed at improving communication with our customers, including a newsletter.
