From a technical perspective our proposed solution consisted of 3 elements; a customer facing website where consumers could access legal information and obtain quotes for many types of legal work, a case management tool and information website, used by law firms to keep clients informed of their case progress and to serve as a single point for the latest legal news and an easy to use content management solution that’s used to update all aspects of both the consumer portal and the law firm portal.
